Accessible restrooms and the ability to view large screens with real-time captioning will be available to all guests at the in-person event. American Sign Language interpreters will also be present, but guests who need this accommodation should contact the Office of Disability Services (609-258-8840 or [email protected]) by May 1 to ensure appropriate seating. The online livestream event will provide real-time captions for viewers.
Commencement 2025 accessibility information about parking and seating accommodations will become available at a later date.

Yes. Graduates and their families and friends are invited to celebrate a walk through FitzRandolph Gate immediately following the Commencement ceremony until 2:30 p.m. Photographers will be on hand to capture the special moments.

Advanced Degree recipients can find detailed information and register for events at the Graduate School Hooding and Recognition and Commencement Ceremony site.

Graduates will receive enough tickets to invite four guests to Baccalaureate, four to the Class Day ceremony, five to the Senior Prom, and eight to Commencement. Seniors need a ticket to enter Prom. The packet they receive will include six total for Prom.
Advance degree graduates will receive eight tickets for Commencement.
Tickets are not required for seniors processing at Baccalaureate, the Class Day ceremony, or Commencement. No tickets are required for the Step Sing.
In the event Commencement moves indoors to Jadwin Gym, each student is provided three guest tickets for admittance to Jadwin Gym. No stadium tickets will be honored. Simulcast sites will be available.

No. Each senior must pick up tickets during Senior Checkout, which will be held Tuesday, April 29 - Thursday, May 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Campus Club.

Seniors pay for caps and gowns through class dues. Measurements for academic attire are taken during the Commencement Fair in December. Caps and gowns are picked up at Senior Checkout, to be held Tuesday, April 29 - Thursday, May 1 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Campus Club.

Absolutely. Seniors are encouraged to bring family and friends. Please dress comfortably; Jadwin Gym will be air-conditioned.

Seniors will receive information throughout the year via class mailings and e-mail messages. They will have the most up-to-date, detailed information. Seniors will receive more information at the class Commencement Fair and during Senior Checkout. Additional information will be available on the Class of 2025 website.
